.....goes out to Gary Fowler - he requested that I update the blog this morning at the Forest Ranch Time Trial - and I agree! This thing needs updating.

The picture above was taken after the time trial this morning - this is of Cat. 2 racer-stud Aren Timmel - the winner of the event this morning with a time of 38:24.....or some crazy time like that. I think he was the only rider to break 40 minutes out there too! That is just sickening fast up that hill.
