4 days on, 3 days off......
3 of the riding days at 3 to 4 hours of good/hard intensity, 1 day of 2 hour recovery spin and 3 days completely off the bike to spend with family and related responsibilities. Hmmm. Interesting. I wonder if it will work for that Cat. 2 guy(or was he Cat. 1?). Maybe if ya did Olaf's 14 x 2min. @ 60 seconds lunchtime barf sessions. Dude, 14???? 60 seconds? How many are you going to build up to? I think I could reverse it and do 5.....but 14??? HOH - that's a different species to me.
For those around these parts, I'm thinking pretty soon it'll be time to do 25 repeats on Hell Hill. Anybody with me???
