Cyclocross Practice Race tonight at 5:45pmish......

Tuesday, October 27th - Hooker Oak Cyclocross Race - 5:45PM - We'll be using the Team JuG cyclocross course from a couple of weeks ago(thanks to Jeff Ochs and Gino Zahnd - Team JuG - for scouting out and marking this course!!!!) Registration will open at 5:30pm behind the 2nd softball field at Hooker Oak Park(see map.....or look for us at the Start area), with the race getting under way at 5:45pm! The course is .6 miles in length and includes about 35 feet of climbing per lap.......but will have 2 run-ups per lap, and a total of 5 barriers per lap. Mountain bikes are most definitely welcome!!! Heck, bring your road bike if you want!! The race will be a 10-lap adventure - but you will always be on the same lap as the leader(so.....if the leader laps you....you are on the same lap as he/she is on). This is also a test-run to see if 10 laps is too short, too long.....or just right!!
